Greg McAleer
Founder, MPC Strategies
Greg is an accomplished leader in the field of global security and risk management. With more than three decades of experience in the public and private sectors, his strategic and operational acumen includes significant experience in protective operations, intelligence, and cybercrime investigations.
A former Deputy Assistant Director at the U.S. Secret Service, Greg's leadership and experience enables MPC to help clients navigate the complexities of global security. After more than twenty years of safeguarding U.S. and foreign dignitaries and training others to do the same, he assumed leadership roles directing criminal and cyber investigations, and protective operations.
As Deputy Director of the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF), he successfully led interagency campaigns to counter national security and criminal cyber threats. His leadership continues to drive MPC Strategies towards pioneering advancements in the security industry.
Greg holds a B.S. from St. John's University, an M.A. from the U.S. Naval War College and an Executive CISO Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jennifer Hurley
Vice President
Jennifer was the first-ever female Special Agent in Charge at the Pentagon Force Protection Agency and first female Special Agent in Charge of the PFPA Joint Terrorism Task Force Division. She has led Executive Protection missions for senior Department of Defense executives and visiting foreign Ministers of Defense. She has successfully led CONUS and OCONUS missions, including war zone protection, as a Detail Leader, Site Agent, and Advance Team Leader.
Jennifer holds a B.S. from Norwich University Military College of Vermont Corps of Cadets and a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins in Executive Police Leadership.
Kevin Oxford
Vice President
Kevin is a dedicated executive protection leader with over 22 years of law enforcement experience with New Hampshire State Police (NHSP). While with the NHSP, Kevin led protective intelligence and security operations for Presidential, dignitary and VIP visits. He also led executive protection teams for NASCAR drivers at race events as well as Major League Baseball players attending special events at The Ted Williams Museum.
He is certified by the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology as an Instructor for Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings, serves as a Volunteer Board Member for Habitat for Humanity and enjoys teaching others the art fly-fishing as a guide.
Kevin holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Norwich University Military College of Vermont Corps of Cadets.
